Real Estate eFiling

1. Go to the eFile Registry website and Register for a participant ID
2. Once the participant ID is issued, visit the eFile GSCCCA website and register
   1. During Registration, note you have a participant ID to submit request to associate participant ID
3. To complete the association of participant ID, go to the eFile Registry website
   1. Log In
   2. Select My Account
   3. Select Participant ID Delegation Requests
   4. Accept delegation request
4. Go to eFile GSCCCA website and begin filing!

• Assignment Security Deed - Per deed as assigned: $25
• Material-man Lien / Cancellation - First page: $25
• Other Grantor-Grantee Recording - First page: $25

General Execution & Lien Docket Fees

• General Execution or Lien Recording : $25
• Cancellation or Release  : $25
• Lis Pendens : $25
• Hospital Lien - First page: $25
• Local & Federal Tax Lien - First page: $5
• Federal Tax Lien - Second page and over: $2 each
• Notice of Commencement :$25

Uniform Commercial Code Fees

• Financing Statements : $25

Plat Fees

• Plats, Maps and Floor plans - First page: $10
• Plats, Maps and Floor plans - Second page and over: $10

Effective January 1, 2017 maps, plats and plans are required to be electronically filed with the Morgan County Superior Court Clerk's Office. All Plats must be filed electronically at the eFile GSCCCA website. Register at the eFile GSCCCA website to begin the eFiling process.
